Build strength and mobility and find balance in this yoga class geared towards adults. We’ll use chairs during our practice for support and stability. All levels are welcome – this is a beginner-friendly class.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water, along with any yoga props you enjoy using.
About the teacher
Yoga with Malaika offers compassionate yoga for all bodies focusing on alignment & breath. A 500hr RYT with a background in Vinyasa Power Flow, Malaika teaches beginner yoga classes, senior and chair yoga throughout Cambridge and Boston. You can catch her leading Sunset Yoga on Memorial Drive on most nice evenings, and designing jewelry and clothing under the name Ms. Bonafide Creations.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a yoga mat and water bottle (there is a water fill station in the space).
